Requirements

We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, but sometimes an item is just not the right fit for you. We make it easy for you return any item

Within 30 days of shipment, you must notify us of your intent return the product. You must ship the product to our warehouse no later than 7 days after receiving your return label.

Include product in new condition and any labels and packaging. We may reject a returned product if it or its packaging is damaged.

If a returned product is determined to be less than new condition, we will notify you that the return is rejected and no refund will be issued. The product will be returned to you at a shipping cost of $10.

The product purchase price less shipping cost will be credited to your original payment source. It may take 7 to 10 days for your payment to post to your account.

If you received free shipping for the original purchase of your product, you are eligible for free return shipping using a carrier of our choice.

Instructions

As long as your return adheres to the requirements described above, follow these steps to return your product:
  1. Please email us at returns@kpopshirts.com. Include the order number and the description and quantity of the product you are returning.
  2. After reviewing your return information, we will email you a return label. Print out the return label and securely attach it to a suitable shipping package.
  3. Drop the package off at the nearest USPS location.
We will receive and review the products you’ve returned. If the returned products have met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.
